How do you manage your coaching clients?  How do you manage your session notes?  I’ve just started using Coaches Console this year.  I am impressed with the amount of information and assistance available to new and existing users.  They even have a team of Virtual Assistants available to help you get up to speed really quickly.  If you choose to do it yourself, it’s reasonably easy to understand what to do for each area, and there are great training videos.

I highly recommend that you test out the features for yourself before setting up your clients!  I managed to have one email reminder go to a client, which would have been fine if the message had been set up – it appeared to have come from someone else!  Apart from that, I really like this program.  It’s a great way to automate reminder emails and offer extras to your coaching clients by giving them their own login – they can login and set or change their appointments with you, complete pre-work before their appointment, and download information from you.  Check it out - let me know what you think!
